Getting started

Understand your dashboard

Use the dashboard as your daily starting point: glance at Coordination health, work through Active coordination, clear the Invitation and Prerequisite queues, then start new projects from 'Draft a project'.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open the dashboard

Sign in. You always land on the dashboard for the active workspace. The workspace switcher in the header confirms which one.

  2. 2

    Check the pipeline pulse

Scan Coordination health. If the Penciled or Validating counts are growing while Inked is flat, projects are stalling somewhere in the middle of the lifecycle.

  3. 3

    Address active items

Work through Active coordination. Click any project to jump straight to its detail page and address whatever the project needs - selecting a slot, reviewing a prerequisite, or inking.

  4. 4

    Clear the queues

Clear the Invitation queue by sending reminders or revoking stale invitations. Clear the Prerequisite queue by reviewing SUBMITTED items and updating PENDING ones.

  5. 5

    Start new work from here

When you need to start something new, click 'Draft a project' in the dashboard header instead of navigating to Projects first.

Guide details

What's on the dashboard

The dashboard is the single landing page that tells you what to work on next. It groups information by intent rather than by data type so you can decide and act in one screen.

  • Coordination health - workspace-wide pipeline pulse over the last 30 days.
  • Active coordination - the projects that need your attention right now.
  • Invitation queue - stakeholder invitations waiting on responses.
  • Prerequisite queue - prerequisite items still PENDING or SUBMITTED.
  • Recent projects - the projects you've touched most recently.
  • Draft a project - quick entry into the project workbench.

How to use it day to day

Use the dashboard as your morning starting point. The queues are designed so that an empty queue is genuinely actionable feedback - there's nothing waiting on you.

FAQ

What's the difference between Recent projects and Active coordination?

Recent projects shows the projects you've touched most recently across every status. Active coordination shows only the work that needs you right now - projects awaiting your response, prerequisite review, or finalization.

What does the Coordination health card show?

The Coordination health card aggregates the workspace's overall pipeline. It shows how many projects are in each status (Proposed/Penciled/Validating/Inked over the last 30 days) so the team has a one-glance pulse check.

Are the queues workspace-wide?

Yes. The Invitation queue lists outstanding stakeholder invitations awaiting response across the whole workspace; the Prerequisite queue lists outstanding prerequisite items assigned to you or your team.

How do I start a new project from the dashboard?

Click 'Draft a project' in the dashboard header. It opens the same project workbench as Projects → New project.
